Service Delivery Manager

What does my role involve?

I oversee our Service Desk and make sure our customers get the support they need, when they need it. Day-to-day, that means managing workloads, meeting SLAs and making sure any critical issues are escalated quickly and handled properly. I’m also focused on developing the team and continually improving how we work, so our support stays efficient, effective and dependable.

What do I enjoy most about working at Voice Technologies?

I enjoy the people and the shared commitment to doing the right thing for customers. There’s a strong team culture here, and I value being able to make a real difference both for our customers and for the people I work with.
