What does my role involve?

I lead and project-manage customer deployments, making sure transitions to our solutions run smoothly from start to finish. That involves working closely with customers, internal teams and partners to put robust, best‑practice ways of working in place.

Alongside this, I’m an Employee Director, which means I sit on the Board and help ensure there’s clear, two‑way communication between employees and the leadership team.

What do I enjoy most about my role?

I enjoy seeing projects come together and knowing customers are getting real value from what we deliver. I also value being able to represent colleagues at Board level and helping people feel informed and involved.

How would I describe Voice Technologies?

We’re a knowledgeable and approachable team that takes quality seriously. We’re confident in what we do, but we never lose sight of the importance of listening.
