What does my role involve?

I oversee all aspects of our technical projects, making sure customer requirements are fully understood and delivered to a high standard. I also contribute to the strategic direction of the business as a Board member.

What’s been my journey at Voice Technologies?

I joined as a modern apprentice and have progressed through service desk, project management and into my current role. That journey reflects how strongly the company believes in developing its people.

What do I enjoy most?

Seeing projects succeed and watching colleagues grow in their roles. It’s rewarding to be part of a business that invests in long‑term development.
