Dylan Strain promoted to Service Desk Team Lead

Voice Technologies, has announced the promotion of Dylan Strain to the role of Service Desk Team Lead as demand for its support service grows.

Dylan, who previously held the role of Service Desk Engineer, will lead a team of five in his new role that sees him taking responsibility for the Helpdesk, supporting the company’s project managers, and installing, updating and managing Voice Technologies’ proprietary e-form and document creation and distribution apps, FormStream and WinVoiceWeb.

Dylan commented, "I am really happy to accept my new position as Service Desk Team Lead. I look forward to assisting my colleagues and continuing to drive high standards of customer service on the Voice Technologies’ Help Desk".
