Join us for a Fireside Chat at Digital Health & Care Scotland 2025

Voice Technologies is delighted to announce that we’ll be hosting a Fireside Chat, “AI-powered Speech Recognition: All Talk or Superhero?” with our partners, Microsoft Nuance at Digital Health & Care Scotland 2025.
Taking part in the chat will be James McPherson, CEO of Voice Technologies, a Microsoft Nuance Elite Partner with over 20 years’ experience of working with public sector in voice-to-text technology and Dr Simon Wallace, Chief Clinical Information Officer at Microsoft Nuance, a prominent healthcare industry spokesperson, together with healthcare professionals, Ian Jamieson, Clinical Director Primary Care Appraisal Lead and GP, and Hugh Black, Interim Team Lead and CPN Adult Mental Health / Substance Misuse, who will be discussing their experiences of introducing and using speech recognition as part of their daily routine.
The chat will be geared to professionals who are looking for insights into how AI tools such as Dragon Medical One can enhance workflows and speed up note-taking and other processes, leading to improved patient care quality and transforming documentation tasks from overwhelming burden to streamlined efficiency.
Conference delegates will be invited to attend either of the two 40-minute sessions at 11am and 11:45am on Tuesday 18th February 2025.
